October’s Featured Artist at Aurora Gallery:
Bev Jozwiak

Aurora Gallery is pleased to announce the featured artist for October, Bev Jozwiak.
The exhibit of all new work “Passionate Brushstrokes” will be also be featured during the First Friday Art Walk.

Ms. Jozwiak, a Vancouver native, has been painting and featuring her art for 25 years locally and throughout the Northwest. Featured in such publications as Splash, The Best of Watercolor, and The Artistic Touch, Bev’s work is highly acclaimed and has a following of national importance. As a signature member of the National Watercolor Society, Bev’s paintings have been chosen for numerous shows and exhibits on a national level.

Her work has been published by Hallmark and is listed in the Who’s Who of American artists, as well as featured articles in International Artist Magazine and Watercolor Artist Magazine.

Bev’s new work at Aurora Gallery will feature both watercolor and acrylic paintings. This one-woman exhibit is a sure-to-please event for all ages. Her current work includes the humorous crow series, beach walkers, ballet dancers, wine and women; and musicians.

This show is significant for Vancouver, Bev’s hometown, where she is very well collected by local art lovers. She is known for her loose but controlled painting style and popular image content.

Bev Jozwiak’s show “Passionate Brushstrokes” will be on display at Aurora Gallery throughout October. She will also be featured during First Friday Art Walk, October 1st from 5:30 to 9 pm. (Meet the Artist reception with live music and refreshments October1st from 6-8 pm.)
