Aurora Gallery hosts the annual Northwest Pastel Society Signature Show during the month of June for the very first time. Signature status is reserved for members who have gained honored acceptance into at least three juried Northwest Pastel Society’s International Shows. This show will run from June 6th to June 28 with an opening reception on June 6 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Aurora Gallery is located at 1004 Main Street in Vancouver, WA. The Northwest Pastel Society was established in 1981 to promote and encourage pastel painters in their artistic growth and success. The society’s mission is to increase public awareness of pastel as an artistic medium. The society has over 200 members from the Pacific Northwest, including artists from across the U.S. and Canada.
