GALLERY OPENING-June 15th

Aurora Gallery is reopening!

On Friday June 5, 2020 Clark County moved into Phase Two of Washington’s reopening plan. You can see the graphic above explains what that means for all businesses and recreational activities here in Clark County, but I will be sharing our requirements and operation protocols specifically for Aurora Gallery.

Hours: Starting Monday June 15, 2020 Aurora Gallery will be open 10am-4pm Monday through Friday. As more people go back to work, we can arrange for other times to meet outside of these regular hours including appointments made on Saturdays. We will be fully open to the public and will allow walk-in customers. However, we do encourage people to still call and make an appointment to come into the gallery to limit the amount of people in at one time.

Customer Traffic Management: We will be limiting how many people are in the gallery at one time. For the time being we will be allowing three customers in at a time. Please be courteous and if you see people wandering around the gallery wait outside 6 feet from the door until the customers have left. Our hallway will be a one-way walking path, once you reach the end you can loop around through our employee space to avoid close quarters with other people.

Appointments: Again, we are encouraging people to make appointments before coming into the gallery. When you are here, we require that you wear a face mask and any other protective gear (like gloves) that you feel comfortable with. Call or email to schedule an appointment.

Pay Options: We have online pay options like Paypal, and we are working on setting up Venmo, but we are also taking cards and sanitizing everything as we come into contact with it. We have also had people mail in a check to us or pay over the phone.

Pick-Up/Delivery: We have been very successful with leaving projects at the front of our gallery so customers can walk in, grab, and go. Customers can also drive up, open up the back of their car so we can load their project in, and be on their way. We have also delivered framing projects to anyone that is immunocompromised. Please call to give us your preference on pickup or delivery.

Sanitation: The first thing we do when we get to the galley for the day is sanitize the highly touched surfaces. We also like to use disinfectant wipes before and after customers are in the gallery. We have hand sanitizer and sanitary wipes available for customers.

It is going to be a slow road to a new normal, but we are excited to be back and appreciate all the support we received during this weird and difficult time. Thank you for your patience and if you have any questions please contact us.

As always, stay safe and stay healthy!
